Q. How do I register with www.grolier.co.uk?
Registering with www.grolier.co.uk gives you many benefits including the ability to order special offers, view your account history and sign up to our
e-newsletter. To register simply:
1. Go to the sign-in area at the right hand-side of the Home page and click the ‘Register’ button;
2. Fill in the registration form and click the ‘Register’ button; 3. You will receive an email confirming your username and email.
Q. I'm already a Grolier customer, do I still have to register?
If you’re a Grolier customer you’ll still need to register online. This gives you access to many benefits including the ability to order special offers, view your account history and sign up to our e-newsletter.
Q. How do I change my password?
Once you’ve signed-in on the Home page you’ll see a ‘My Account’ option appear in a bar at the top of the page (above the Fun & Games link). Click on ‘My Account’ and then on the ‘Change Password’ option.
Q. I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
Don’t worry! Simply go to the sign-in area at the right hand-side of the Home page. You’ll see an option to be sent a password reminder, so ‘click here’ to do so. You’ll then be asked to enter your e-mail address and click on the ‘Generate new password’ button. We’ll send a new password to your e-mail account within a few minutes.
Q. I've forgotten my username, what do I do?
Don’t worry! Simply go to the sign-in area at the right hand-side of the Home page and enter your e-mail address (instead of your username) in the ‘username/e-mail’ area.
Q. I can’t sign-in, what do I do?
If you’re having trouble signing-in it could be because your username/e-mail address and password are incorrect or mistyped, an easy mistake to make, so please re-enter your details again with care. If this doesn’t help then we can send you a new password. To receive this simply go to the ‘sign-in’ area where you see an option to be sent a password reminder, so ‘click here’ to do so. You’ll then be asked to enter your e-mail address and click on the ‘Generate new password’ button. We’ll send a new password to your e-mail account within a few minutes. If you are still unable to sign-in please contact our Customer Services department for assistance.
How do I pay?
Q. Can I pay by phone?
Yes, simply by calling our secure 24/7 automated payment system on 0844 576 0110 or call our customer careline during opening hours.
Q. How do I pay online?
Paying by your debit or credit card online is simple and safe. We can accept payments made using the following debit / credit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo, and JCB cards.
Q. How do I pay by post?
Please return the payment slip (attached to your invoice) with your payment to us at: Grolier, P.O. Box 49, Norwich NR5 9PP
Some important points to remember:
1. Do not fold, pin or staple your payment slip and payment.
2. If you are paying for more than one series, please include payment slips for each series.
3. Please pay using either your credit card (Mastercard or Visa cards only), by cheque or by postal order.
4. Do not send cash through the post.
5. If you are paying by credit card tick the ‘Mastercard’ or ‘Visa’ box on your payment slip and enter the card number and expiry date. Enter the value you are paying in the ‘Amount Paid’ box (if you are paying for more than one series by credit card please enter the details on each payment slip) and sign and date the payment slip(s). 6. If you are paying by cheque, please make it payable to Grolier Limited. Please write your 9 digit Grolier Series Account Number(s) on the back of your cheque for each series you are paying for.
Q. How do I pay by Direct Debit?
Direct Debit is a convenient and easy way to ensure your payments are made on time. Available on all series where you see the Direct Debit logo on your online statement, simply click on the logo and follow the instructions to complete your bank account details. We will then send you a letter by post confirming the details of your Direct Debit instruction.

Q. Can I make future payments online?
If you wish to pay a little bit extra each month, taking advantage of paying off your books faster, you can by just changing the amount in the 'payment due' box.
General
Q. How do the offers work?
You can see a full description of how each offer works by selecting the series that interests you (from the ‘More’ button on the ‘Our Books’ page) and then clicking on ‘How it works’. Whichever offer you’re looking at, you’ll be reassured to know that you always have the benefit of trying the series for 7 days.
Q. How do I apply for an offer?
You can apply for an offer by selecting the series that you’d like (from the ‘More’ button on the ‘Our Books’ page) and clicking the ‘Add to basket’ button. From your basket you can ‘continue shopping’ or click on the ‘Pay now’ button. When you go to checkout you’ll be given the option of signing-in (if you’re already registered with Grolier online) or registering your details. Once you’ve done so you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail and you can sit back and look forward to receiving your order!
Q. What should I do if I receive damaged goods?
While we make every effort to prevent our goods being delivered damaged, on rare occasions it may happen. If this occurs please contact our Customer Services department who will be happy to advise you and arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Q. May I cancel my membership whenever I want?
You may cancel your membership at any time, after you have fulfilled any obligations (details of which are on your invoice letter), simply by phoning our Customer Services department on 0870 240 4385. Please have your Series Account Number handy when you call.
Q. What should I do if I receive books after I cancel?
Books and correspondence may cross in the post, resulting in books arriving for a series you have cancelled. If this occurs please contact our Customer Services department who will advise you on how to return the books.
Q. How do I return unsuitable books?
If the books you receive aren’t suitable please:
1. Phone our Customer Services department on 0870 240 4385, remembering to have your Series Account Number handy when you call; or
2. Return the books, together with your payment slip, to:
Grolier Ltd., PO Box 1354, Swindon SN3 4GW So we can deal with your request as quickly as possible, please remember to include your Series Account Number and full name and address.
Whatever option you choose, please remember to obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and keep this safe for your records.
