At Grolier we understand the importance of offering our customers flexible payment options, which is why there are various ways to purchase from us. All of the offer details are explained at the point of ordering and are always detailed again in your invoice from us.
With all our offers there are no interest charges, just the regular monthly payment, which is explained fully in the invoice letter. If you are not completely satisfied you may return any items. Simply send them to us by the due date shown on your invoice, together with the payment slip. Full return details are explained in our FAQs.
You can cancel your membership at any time by calling or writing to us, after paying any outstanding amount due.
